Andrew Barham

Born and raised in the small west country town of Devizes, Andrew gained his passion through primary school making small videos on phones, much to the annoyance of the phones owners, his parents. Seeing his passion for film they encouraged him to take it further through A level and into University where Andrew studied Film Production at Staffordshire University.   

 

His university course was (and still is) recognised by Creative Skillset, meaning every student has to go through stringent work experience and work quality requirements to pass on to the following year. To date Andrew has worked with Sandstorm Media and Aardman Animations as work experience for his course. 

 

Not satisfied with just creating films for university modules, Andrew banded together with two of his peers at university to create Apex Film Collective. Together, with Andrew directing most films, they created promotional and music video content for paying clients such as Upper Downs. 

 

Andrew has proved himself to create films consistently and reliably for lecturers as well as paying clients.
